I purchased two pieces of clothing and the lady forgot to remove the alarm tag. No big deal. When I left the store there alarm went off. The lady that sits behind a desk by the doors had no humour at all. She wanted to see my receipt for proof of purchase. Once I showed her she could have said I am sorry for the inconvenience. Tried to make small talk but would not even engage back. Clearly this lady needs to be trained on how to treat a customer. The lady upstairs in the clothing department was awesome and helpful and had a smile you could tell she enjoyed her job and cared about her customers.
Excellent experience overall. Very happy with their whole team due to their customer service, knowledge about their products, and willingness to help even though we aren’t local. I would highly recommend Riverside Honda & Ski-doo to anyone looking to get into power sports and marine products. 10/10!! Anson and AJ were very accommodating and courteous. Very happy to have dealt with these individuals.
Went to get a part for my Summit on Dec 12.
1 parts guy helping a customer. 4 others wandering around. I waiting for 10 min then asked if there was anyone who could help me and was told bluntly they everyone is busy.
I guess I’ll have to order online to get priority. Why is it that customer service seems to suck everywhere you go these days.
Greg Hawthorne is a very valuable family member to the crew at Riverside Honda. Zero pressure sales, extremely kind, well versed and knowledgeable in everything we talked about. Thank you for everything you have helped with thus far. I do hope we can go for a ride one day. If the owner sees this review I'd do everything in your power to keep the man on your team.

Nice showroom, great staff. Always latest stuff on display. I was able to order alot of parts for my bike through them. Also was able to order some parts for older machines, they still had the listings.
Hate to have to write this review as riverside has been my go to for ages, spending thousands a year at the 2 stores. I go into the honda side today for some new fox moto boots and asked the young lady if they would price match the current sale at cycle works in edmonton. She said she would get her supervisor and check. When the supervisor showed up I proceeded to show them the sale at cycle works and she said she would "go check, but they typically price match certain items only".. Returns and tells me, cycle works only has said few sizes in stock and she will price match, BUT ONLY those sizes cycle works has in stock. Ironically every size but the size i was asking for! Like, OK lady, now apparently different sizes are different prices in the same model!? I was absolutely dying with laugher inside. Told her I'm taking my business elsewhere if she was going to nit pick sizes.. And GUESS WHAT, I phoned cycle works from my vehicle in the riverside parking lot and they were HAPPY to order in my size and honor the current sale price on the boots. JOKES ON RIVERSIDE. Not only did they just loose out on a sale of an anual pair of high end moto boots. They have now lost out on the minimal 15k my family spends there anually. Place has done nothing but go downhill lately and that was the last straw. Absolutely LAUGHABLE customer service but all worked out in my favor in the end. I will have the boots I wanted at the sale price cycle works is offering AND ironically riverside only had the color options I was only "ok" with but willing to settle for. Cycle works has order me in the EXACT white pair I wanted originally which riverside does not even sell. Win win for me. Loose loose for riverside. This is how local businesses disappear just so yall know. LOL
